We have just closed a Series A round for £115M, and are seeking ambitious people to join us in championing our smart, tailored, data-driven funding solution and become an integral part of our early-stage but quickly expanding fintech company.

**Risk Operations Specialist**

As a Risk Operations Specialist within our growing team, you'll be responsible for our onboarding process while creating a positive and smooth client journey that ultimately helps businesses gain the funding they need to grow. You will play a key role in helping us mitigate against fraud and the development of our decisioning tools.

**Requirements**:
**Role responsibilities**
- Oversee the first and second line of defence at Outfund, mitigating and reporting any possible fraud concerns.
- Create and develop processes and automation strategies to improve the way we work and collaborate with other teams
- Think of new dynamic ways to face challenges and demonstrate an agile and approachable working manner
- Work closely with our Risk team mitigating against fraud and ensuring we’re meeting our service level agreements.
- Respond to queries from both Risk & Sales
- In charge of the onboarding process making sure that this is effectuated according to the Risk Policy and in line with the Sanctions and Regulations (based on each territory).
- Conduct AML checks and make sure all invoices are paid within the agreed SLA.
- Draft and store security documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage and build trusted, lasting and fruitful relationships
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, start-up environment
- You’ll thrive under the pressure of quickly switching between tasks and prioritising a large number of work streams
- Keen interest in the FinTech sector and the growing online lending space
- Strong communication, analytical, and investigative skills
