**Service "Provisioning" Coordinator (Part-time)**
**What is the role**
Part-time, hybrid working and flexible on hours and days (3 or 4 days per week)
As a highly skilled **Service Coordinator**, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of carrier services—including NBN, fibre, Ethernet, SIP, and voice solutions—for Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients. This role serves as the central point of contact between clients, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate provisioning of connectivity solutions.
The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Service Coordinator:
- Manage end-to-end provisioning of NBN, Fibre, Ethernet, SIP, and voice services.
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to process service orders.
- Serve as the main contact for clients during provisioning.
- Monitor order progress, escalate issues, and resolve delays.
- Ensure accurate service details to avoid order rejections.
- Review carrier documents and contracts for accuracy.
- Keep internal systems updated and share progress with teams and clients.
- Work with engineers to schedule installations and cutovers.
- Arrange site visits, activations, and fault investigations.
- Support pricing, feasibility checks, and pre-sales scoping.
- Handover completed services to support teams.
- Follow internal procedures and carrier SLAs.
**Who we are looking for**
- Highly skilled with minimum of 5 years' experience in project coordination or carrier services
- Proven ability to provide effective client support and clear communication
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and Internet technologies
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN environments, routers, modems, RF devices, and Microsoft operating systems
- Foundational networking knowledge with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering results
- Professional demeanor with a proactive and resilient approach
- Collaborative team player with a strong client-service orientation
