Due to our significant growth trajectory and our broad portfolio of offerings, we are pursuing an experienced and suitably credentialed **Program Business Manager **to join the Business Management team within the _Integrated Systems _Operating Unit which is at the forefront of emerging capabilities and innovation bringing the best of Northrop Grumman’s various specialisations aimed at delivering world-class integrated solutions for our customers and partners.

As Northrop Grumman Australia prepares for exponential growth, we are setting up and proactively recruiting to ensure a seamless and coordinated transition into this pivotal role.

**Your Role**:
In this pivotal leadership role, we are seeking an accomplished professional who will bring their extensive expertise and commercial acumen to drive outstanding outcomes. With a proven track record of implementing best practices and fostering a culture cantered on our core values of ethics and integrity, you will be at the forefront of our success.

Your proficiency in Earned Value Management, project controls, scheduling and forecast reporting will play a critical role in steering our program towards excellence. Collaborating closely with the Program Director, Cost Account Managers, suppliers, intercompany partners, and other Program Functional Leads, you will leverage your financial acumen to ensure optimal program outcomes while embracing a global perspective.

As our program finance expert, you will establish robust reporting frameworks that empower informed decision-making, providing invaluable insights that guide strategic direction and ensure transparency across international teams. Moreover, your hands-on leadership and coordination will foster a collaborative environment, empowering everyone to thrive and contribute their best. Your experience in delivering financial solutions within the Defence sector will serve as a solid foundation as you navigate this dynamic landscape.

**About you**:
To be successful, you will hold qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Management, or a related field, and possess a CPA or CA credential. Further, your expertise in Project Controls, Risk Management, Reporting, and Compliance will be valued as you shape our reporting frameworks on an international scale.
