**What will your day look like?**
- Implement effective Customer Service strategies to ensure successful relationships with Employment Services Providers
- Co-ordinate, negotiation, and development of all Wage Subsidy Agreements and Schedules
- Liaise with with all stakeholders both internally and externally
- Manage Wage Subsidies to successfully deliver desired results for all stakeholders
- Ensuring accurate verification and compliance checks are completed for payments

In simple terms, as a Employment Programs Manager, no two days will be the same Yes, it’s a fast-paced environment, but guess what? We really like to have fun and celebrate success.
