ICT Customer Support Officer - State Government Organisation - 6 Month Contract with Potential for Extension

**Your new company**

This State Government Organisation is currently looking for experienced ICT Customer Support Officers to join their IT team in a 6 month contract with the potential to extend. They have an office in Emerton and Quakers Hill and you will be travelling to multiple locations across NSW. You will have an amazing opportunity working as part of a well known State Government Organisation and a very competitive hourly rate.

**Your new role**

As an ICT Customer Support Officer, you will be based onsite in the office and provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to their internal and external users. You will also be required to travel to multiple locations across NSW and provide onsite face-to-face support as required. The organisation will provide a vehicle to travel when required (NSW Driver Licence will be required).

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
- Previous experience in laptop device deployment
- Previous experience in Mobile Device Management (iPad & iPhone)
- Previous experience in Windows 10 / 11, Mac OS, Outlook, Exchange, Jamf, Intune, SCCM, AD, O365
- Ability to travel (Valid NSW Drivers Licence)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
