**Position Summary**:

- Lead the Executive Lounge team, tending bar and serving food to guests, fueling their curiosity and inspiring guests through each guest experience
- Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding area, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations and fuel their curiosity
- Receive daily updates on hotel requests and action accordingly
- Oversee service standards whilst identifying and implementing improvement initiatives, setting the pace in the industry
- Assist with serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, feeling empowered to make an impact
- Ensure the Executive Lounge is presentable and clean at all times
- Understand guest requirements, engaging and inspiring guests with each customer experience
- Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions
- Be a dynamic and thoughtful team leader by empowering and supporting your team
- Support the Front Office Team in general operational tasks showcasing your readiness to adapt to any situation
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
