Our head office is based in Ipswich where we were founded, and we service all over Ipswich, Brisbane, and surrounds. Since then, we have expanded into Victoria are rapidly growing. We pride ourselves on matching our Support Workers to our Clients and offer meet and greets prior to supports starting - This is to ensure we have the best match possible. iCare believes that our clients are placed at the center of all that we do and are a trusted company to many other providers.

**The Role**:
iCare Support Services provide our Participants support through a range of services, consisting of but not limited to; Mental Health, Community Participation, Personal Care, 24/7 Independent living Facilities and Community Nursing.

We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our iCare family on a Permanent Part-time basis. The focus of these roles is to support our Participants in meeting their individual NDIS goals, Gain independence and confidently become active members of the community.

**Shifts include**:

- AM & PM shifts required
- Supporting participants with daily living and community participation in line with their goal support plan.
- Perform duties in a flexible manner which suit our clients’ individual needs

**Essential Criteria**:

- Current First aid and CPR Certificate, WWC and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver's license and Reliable transport
- Mobile phone with internet access, the right to work in Australia & able to provide 100 points of ID
- COVID19 Vaccinations

**Desirable Criteria (not essential)**:

- Certificate III/IV in Mental Health, Disability or Community Services or a minimum of 1/2 years' experience in a similar role.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-38 per week

**Salary**: From $23.16 per hour
