Evolving Support Services is seeking Support Workers in Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast for full-time or part-time work. Immediate start. Friendly teams.

We work with our participants to understand what is important to them and provide support workers who can then help them achieve their goals.

**THE ROLE**

This is an exciting opportunity for a team of dedicated support workers living in the Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast to assist participants living in the community.. Our participants are looking for friendly, knowledgeable staff to assist them day to day. We offer a great team, set rosters and clients and a very good work/life balance.

You will be supporting people both at home and in community access. This will involve activities such as cleaning, cooking, personal care and relating to clients to experience happy times together. Note that the key NDIS Workers Screening Card, Blue Card, NDIS Orientation and Effective Communication Modules can all be easily obtained online. We can direct you to obtaining the First Aid and CPR where necessary.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven can do, positive and willing attitude
- Demonstrated ability to communicate well with others
- Friendly disposition and engaging manner
- Current First Aid certificate & CPR
- NDIS Orientation Module - complete online FREE
- NDIS Effective Communication Module - complete online FREE
- Drivers Licence and Comprehensive Car Insurance

**Our Selection Criteria**
- Must be 18 years or older
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Have reliable transport and comprehensive car insurance
- Experience desired but not required
- Night and weekends availability desired
