Based in Sydney, this full-time role is pivotal to the smooth operation of a high-performing leadership team. You’ll be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, preparing high-quality documentation and presentations, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also play a key role in supporting team operations, including compliance, reporting, recruitment coordination, and business continuity planning. This is a fast-paced, varied role that requires discretion, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership. This role is perfect for an EA seeking a true strategic partnership beyond traditional support, it offers a unique opportunity to partner closely with the MD to support business and career growth. You’ll also be part of a collaborative network of EAs and Team Coordinators, sharing knowledge, supporting each other, and driving excellence together. **What do I need?** To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidence. You’ll be someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
