**About Debt Fix**:Debt Fix is an Australian owned company with the mission to provide people with a debt free future. We are a diverse team of 25 people and pride ourselves on treating everyone with dignity and respect. We are regarded highly within our industry and have a reputation for looking after our people as well as our customers.

**Duties**:Your key tasks will be to:

- Prepare documents to comply with legislation and company standards
- Assist in administrative tasks to help with client approvals
- Do finance checks on prospective clients (in line with legislation)
- Be open to learning the technical and legal aspects of personal insolvency and debt management
- Build relationships with clients and key contractors/service providers.

The personal insolvency and debt management sector is a growth industry. It offers you a rewarding and challenging career path. This is a great chance to learn the ropes as part of a close-knit team.

**Skills and Experience**:The successful person will:

- Have experience in customer service - preferably skilled on the phone
- Be good with numbers and details
- Be great at building relationships with empathy for others
- Be confident using computers, including MS Office Products

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
