**Your role**
- Are you passionate about supporting communities and improving housing outcomes? As a Housing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering tenancy and access services across South West Sydney, focusing on areas with high public housing concentration and social disadvantage. This is a meaningful opportunity to contribute to sustainable tenancies and strengthen local communities through responsive and inclusive service delivery.

**What you’ll do**
- As part of the Housing Services team, you will manage tenancy and access operations across South West Sydney, supporting clients in complex housing environments.
- You will also:

- Support housing access for people in need
- Ensure service delivery meets policy and legislative requirements
- Build local networks and contribute to community-based initiatives such as Assertive Outreach
- Manage team rosters, supervision, planning, and performance reporting
- Contribute to local reporting and stakeholder feedback to drive service improvement
- You'll work as part of a collaborative and community-focused team in a dynamic and client-facing environment.

**What we’re looking for**
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across South West Sydney
- Experience in tenancy or housing operations, ideally in high-demand environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and community collaboration skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and support team performance
