Diverse set of assets & FM issues to resolve
- Based in Georges Hall, near Liverpool, with an additional SW Sydney site
- $50-$60 + Super per hour contractwith potential for permanent role

**Opportunity**
Contract role as a Facilities Manager with a focus on Building Fabric and associated Building Services (HARD FM), across two large precincts of mixed use assets in Western Sydney.
You will be part of the in-house Facilities Team for the owner, managing planned and reactive maintenance and compliance certification via contractors. This is a traditional FM role engaging in all elements of facilities management; from
- engaging tenants & scoping of work, to
- creating business cases and establishing briefs for contractors, to
- ensuring delivery of maintenance and compliance activities.

**Rewards**
You will receive an hourly rate of
**$50-$60 + Super** depending on your experience and qualifications for an initial 12 months, with view to an extension, or engagement permanently.
You will be joining a professional and highly competent Facilities Team within a business which is owned by one of Australia's largest Superannuation Funds. This will provide you opportunities to learn and implement improvements.

**You**
Demonstrated experience in a similar base building focussed Facilities Management role across commercial or industrial buildings is expected.
Mechanical or Electrical trade quals will be highly regarded.
Opportunity available immediately, with notice periods acceptable. A genuine interest in customer service and working in a team environment is important.
You will be computer literate and conversant with MS Office and ideally CRM tools.
