HSP Housing Assistant
- Based in Liverpool
- Full time contract until June 2026

About You
You will be responsible for providing all administration support including assisting clients with housing enquiries, assisting with data entry and supporting clients and case manages in filling out relevant forms. You will also provide support to teammates including Housing Support Staff, case managers and maintain flexibility to delivery services to our clients across Housing Services.
This role will require you to actively participate in team workshops and training and share best practices. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and highly - regarded team with significant opportunity to be a key contributor in implementing SSI’s HSP Housing Plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Document details of information provided, activities/tasks performed with clients and update spreadsheets
- Provide orientation and support to clients within On Arrival Accommodation (OAA), including tenancy and property management information
- Utilise internal/external database
- Provide support to teammates including Housing Support Staff and maintain flexibility to delivery services to our clients across Housing Services
- Able to deliver information clearly in a variety of formats and using different tools/ devices

Essential Criteria
- Certificate IV in Community Services and/or equivalent relevant qualification or relevant administration experience
- Good time management practices and ability to prioritise
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
- Working with culturally & linguistically diverse communities
- Working level of written and spoken English skills
- Willingly and flexibility to work at various SSI office locations across Sydney
