**Your role**
- Are you passionate about customer service and ready to make a real impact in your community? As a Client Service Officer at the Housing Response Centre, you’ll play a vital role in supporting vulnerable clients across NSW by delivering timely, empathetic, and accurate assistance. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic 24/7 team, grow your skills, and contribute to DCJ’s mission of breaking disadvantage and building inclusive communities.

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service to vulnerable and diverse clients
- Excellent computer navigations skills and the ability to work between multiple screens and data bases
- Contact Centre experience is desirable by not essential
- Dedication to continuous learning through both in-person and virtual training
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
