We have an exciting casual opportunity to work within our Bullion Room team, with hours ranging between 30-37.5 per week. If you have a depth of experience in customer service and are comfortable in a high-pressure environment, we’d love to hear from you. _**

**_Day to day, you will trade physical bullion and unwanted gold jewellery over the counter in compliance with the Federal AML/CTF and WA Pawnbrokers and Second-Hand Dealers Acts. This role will require availability to work within a Monday to Saturday roster._**

**Your role as an Officer Customer Service Bullion Room will involve**:

- Manage bullion transactions, including purchasing gold jewellery, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop expertise in bullion to provide tailored customer service
- Adhere to AML/CTF Legislation and Second-Hand Dealers Act, verifying client identification and source of wealth information
- Identify clients attempting to avoid KYC requirements
- Authenticate bullion and gold jewellery using an XRF machine before purchase
- Assist in verifying daily purchases, facilitate client collections, and perform administrative tasks while prioritising workplace safety

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated administration and sales experience
- High end retail experience (desirable)
