With almost 600 employees, we have a large manufacturing facility in East Perth and a Perth-based Refinery where we refine and create a raft of gold and silver products. These products are sold locally in our retail Store and worldwide through our dedicated sales teams.

**What you’ll be doing**:
**_ Trade physical bullion over the counter in compliance with the Federal AML/CTF and WA Pawnbrokers and Second-Hand Dealers Acts._**

**Some of the key responsibilities include**:

- _ Facilitate physical bullion sales and purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures and legislation to minimise risk to the Mint, including generating client bullion contracts._
- _ Develop comprehensive bullion knowledge to ensure exemplary and tailored customer service provision._
- _ Comply with AML/CTF Legislation and Second-Hand Dealers Act._
- _ Review and verify client identification and ask for source of wealth information as required by Risk._
- _ Resolve disputes and manage difficult clients, particularly with regards AML/Second-Hand Dealers Compliance._
- _ Assess and test unwanted bullion and jewellery for authenticity and purity using an XRF machine prior to purchasing._
- _ Comply with Personal Identifiable Information and Data Security policies and procedures (including adding clients credit card details onto Westpac Payway to ensure customers credit cards are securely stored)._
- _ Assist with checking daily bullion purchases before settlements are authorised_
- _ Facilitate client collections for bullion - including click and collect and other collections_
- _ Understand Depository investment platforms and cross-sell where applicable._
