**About the role**
As the Finance Business Partner, this role will primarily support multiple manufacturing sites along the East Coast region of Australia. You will partner with commercial and operational stakeholders. Initially, this role will commence as a 6 month contract, however there is the genuine view for extension and/or permanency. Your duties will include:

- Business performance analysis and reporting including weekly and monthly reports;
- Perform financial analysis of the full P&L performance including sell prices, margin, conversion cost, materials & yield variances;
- Provide financial and analytical support to the portfolio projects;
- Be the lead finance business partner to multiple sites ensuring financial governance and control;
- Lead FP&A activities including forecasting and planning;
- Cost management support including production costs, variance analysis and inventory control;
- Support cost reduction activities at site; and
- Provide financial advise and support through effective modelling, reviewing commercial contracts and proposals.

**The Person**

You will be a CA/CPA qualified or working towards it accounting professional and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross-functionally within the business will be crucial. Additionally, you will have a worked in a large and complex FMCG/manufacturing organisation and partnered with sites & operations. Lastly, you will have strong commercial acumen and enjoy being involved in projects with a process improvement mindset.
