We have a great opportunity for experienced Leading Hands or Experienced Operators who are ready to step up and join our McIlwain Family. We currently have multiple sites on the Gold Coast and surrounds with excellent development opportunities on offer.

**You will require the following**:

- Certificate 3 in Civil Construction, Road Construction or Plant (preferred)
- Proven experience in Road and Earthworks
- Implementing quality control techniques
- Planning and Allocating tasks and activities as required.
- Planning complex construction sequencing
- Roller Ticket or other plant tickets desirable.
