Workplace Experience Lead
We’ve never been ‘just a bank’. Just like you should never be ‘just an employee’. We’re united in our belief that in banking, better can be bigger, and together we’re making it happen.
It starts here. With Bendigo Bank… and you.
At Bendigo Bank, we are embarking on an extensive corporate office refurbishment program which will see a right sizing and modernizing of our facilities utilised by over 4,500 of our employees every day. We are on the lookout for a Workplace Experience superstar to embed our workplace team and expand support across multiple locations. You will lead by example through delivering excellent customer experience for our team members, as well as coaching and supporting workplace team members.
Based in Melbourne, Adelaide or Bendigo, the Workforce Experience Lead role will oversee and drive the strategy across multiple corporate sites across the country for:
- Workplace management ensuring our spaces are working as designed and remain in great condition
- Concierge and visitor management
- Day to day operations such as mail, space utilisation, analysing data and reporting amongst other activities
- Workplace experience through supporting or developing and implementing activations and events across our spaces, and developing a communication strategy across channels including Viva Engage and email
- Leadership of direct reports of BEN internal employees, as well as overseeing service delivery of external contractors who are based in major offices nationally.
Of course you cannot do this alone, so building strong relationships with other colleagues across Property including the Project Delivery and Facilities Management teams will be critical. Working with other support functions including IT, WHS and Security and key site contacts will also be imperative.
No two days will be the same, and you have the opportunity to develop something special and create wonderful experiences for our employees
The role will be required to work from the office 5 days a week.
What you’ll bring to the role
- We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Previously employed as a Workplace Experience Manager (or similar) or coming from high touch service industries like hospitality and hotels will be important.
- You will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to lead by example.
- Enhanced leadership of both direct and indirect staff, facilitating a team culture to support the organisations strategic goals
- Coaching and mentoring the team and across different locations will be important to deliver consistency across the portfolio of geographically dispersed locations.
So, why work with us?
Want big impact that matters? Here, you’ll know your work directly benefits the customers and communities we all serve.
- Want to be more than just a number? Join a team that truly values you – and that gets more and more diverse every day.
- Want career opportunity AND flexibility? Achieve both here, where we know that balance and progression go hand in hand.
You’ll also get access to a great range of benefits, including:
- Our flexible work options are designed to suit your life. Talk to us about what flexibility means to you
- Health and wellbeing support, including discounted gym memberships, private health insurance options, and our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your immediate family members.
- Take your learning to the next level through opportunities like our corporate university ‘BEN U’ or at an external provider of your choice.
We’re making better, bigger. And we’ll get there with you.
Could you be our newest Workplace Experience Lead? Now’s the time to set your sights even higher – on the future you and the future career you deserve. Apply now
At Bendigo and Adelaide Bank we believe a diverse workforce supported by an inclusive culture is central to our success and we actively encourage applications from those who bring diversity of thought to our business.
