The opportunity

We are looking for driven professionals to manage end-to-end claims across a diverse range of products in our Major Loss Property team.
- In this role you will have the manage the commercial property claims portfolio including business interruption and ISR claims
- In Major loss we deal with complex and large value domestic & commercial property claims.
- You will work with our broker partners, customers, loss adjusters, builders and suppliers to ensure the assessment and repair process for all valid claims is managed effectively and efficiently in line with jurisdictional requirements.

Your story so far
- Previous experience in handling large and complex Commercial Property Claims
- Relevant technical product knowledge
- An individual who prides themselves on providing an exceptional customer experience at every point of contact
- A self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow on their current skills to maintain levels of excellence through times of change and show resilience in the face of a challenge
- Ability to handle multiple and competing tasks to meet customer needs
- An individual who can critically assess and has excellent organisational skills.
