The Opportunity

Reporting to the Associate Director Business Analytics, Commercial, you will manage the CRM supporting the sales team at CSL Seqirus. You will also be the conduit between sales and marketing in supporting omni-channel projects and overseeing CRM integrations. You will be highly visible and will require a knowledge of project management and data governance. You will help provide strategic guidance to sales and marketing in customer segmentation, targeting, profiling and analytics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CRM which encompasses sales teams territory alignment, customer segmentation, customer targeting, profiling and reporting.
- Support the implementation, governance and review of omnichannel campaigns.
- Help integrate digital capabilities with in the commercial team.
- Represent the ANZ commercial team at the global level for CRM enhancements and prioritisation.
- Identify areas of improvements and create efficiency in business processes for customer segmentation, targeting, profiling, reporting and governance.
- Lead and engage with local superusers and network with peers to address challenges, share and implement best practice.

Your experience
- Tertiary requirements in Business, Science, Marketing or related discipline
- 4 plus years' experience managing CRM systems, training and project management.
- Experience working with vendors and internal stakeholders implementing CRM Veeva Platform or
- Pharmaceutical Industry knowledge as it relates to the selling process, customers & therapies
