**About the role**
This is a vital role taking complete ownership of a Billing Administration function for a nationally acclaimed legal firm.
**The responsibilities**
Reporting into the Management Accountant, the duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Analysing creditor invoices
- Preparing payments
- Disbursement processing
- Entry of data into accounting software
- Extensive MS Excel reporting
- Monitoring aged WIP
- Other accounts and administration duties
**The successful applicant will have**
- Excellent communication and presentation attributes
- Proven experience within a high volume billing and/ legal administration role
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- The ability to show initiative in a vital position within the firm
