**The Role**
We are seeking experienced Billing Officers to be part of the larger finance team. The role will involve taking responsibility for and ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of the billing function.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Enter, maintain and close all rental contracts, and maintain folders
- Ensure a timely accurate and effective workflow of the established process (contract administration and invoicing administration)
- Process credit notes
- Final monthly billings - checking for final approval
- Create job related purchase orders
- General administration and support
Servicing across APAC, your availability is required Monday - Friday, 6.30am-8pm. A hybrid arrangement will be in place, with two days working from the office in Braeside and three days from home.
**You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
- 3-5 years of general accounts experience with the ability to pick up systems and procedures quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
- Love and be savvy with numbers

- Bayside location with WFH/hybrid arrangements
- Monday-Friday; with common shifts being 8.30am-5pm; 7.30am-4pm
