We are in search of a well-connected and enthusiastic hotelier who can dedicate 1+ hours per week to lead generation for an Executive Search Company specialising in the hospitality industry.

**Ideally, we are looking for individuals**:

- **Viewed as a secondary income source for highly networked individuals. Commission based.**:

- **Seeking to take their first step into recruitment, with potential partnership opportunities in the future.**:

- **Based in South Pacific or Asian locations.**:

- **Current, experienced hoteliers, even semi-retired professionals, are highly valued.**:

- **This is a long-term opportunity to represent a prestigious international recruitment company within your own network.**:

- **Market segments include hotels, resorts, palaces, golf courses, estates, clubs, cruise ships, catering services, and more.**

**Location**:South Pacific and Asia

**Key Relationships**:Martin Carpenter & Axel Köster

**Communication**:Weekly 15-minute conference call

**Lead Generation**:Utilising your own network without involvement in recruitment processes.

**Requirements**:

- Computer with internet access
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Strong network connections
- Commitment to lead generation within your network
- Solid background in recruitment or hospitality management
- Enthusiastic and positive communication skills
