**RECRUITMENT RESEARCHER**

In the Squad team, a Recruitment Researcher creates and develops strong networks across the F&B landscape, cultivating talent and managing the robust recruitment processes. This person will work closely with Senior Consultants to deliver exceptional service and assist in reaching financial targets.

You must have a passion for food and enjoy talking to people. The majority of your role will be on the phone, as well as meeting people face to face, and therefore you should get a kick out of building rapport with people from all corners of the world and building meaningful relationships. You will be the type of person that can talk to anyone

You will have excellent administration skills and be comfortable adapting to new programs and technologies. You will be able to prioritise your tasks and work load and thrive working in a busy environment with an ever-growing list of tasks - you will be skilled in managing your time and enjoying being that key supporting player to a successful, high-performing and nurturing team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with the recruitment team to develop a sourcing strategy for each position / project / market
- Think outside of the box with new research techniques and source talent differently
- Client engagement, when required, to provide timely updates and regular communication
- Consistently manage and regularly hit deadlines, transparently communicating with the Management team
- Capture relevant information from industry professionals to enable you to be consultative and demonstrate how they could add value to a business
- Co-ordination and scheduling of interviews
- Strong CRM compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a pride in your standards and presentation.
