As a Recruitment Consultant in our Brisbane team you will specialize in the recruitment of permanent white-collar roles including Administrators, Customer Service, Data Entry, Accounts and Finance, Recruitment & HR professionals.

So, whether you're looking for a career change and have a natural ability to connect with people, the next step in your recruitment career or want exposure to a broader range of clients and complex business needs we want to hear from you.

**What will you be doing?**
- Developing new business opportunities in your defined industry areas
- Developing new and existing client relationships through client meetings and networking
- Negotiating job offers
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years within a professional customer focussed role (i.e., Travel Industry, Insurance agent, call centre, sales representative etc.)
- Experience working in a professional environment, meeting deadlines, working towards KPI's
- Previous experience working with multiple stakeholders and meeting their needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
