Our client moves in excess of 21 million containers of cargo every year from over 400 different seaports. Backed by a diverse portfolio of brands and subsidiaries and is the third largest container shipping group, making them well equipped to move cargo from door-to-door, on a global scale.
- Based in South Wharf, Melbourne 2km from CBD
- Easy-to-commute location and easy access to public transport
- Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH) after completing training

**About the Role**:
**2 x Cargo Readiness Officer (Perm, FT)**
- The role is to provide effective management and control access across the export cargo cyle to ensure clients adhere to export deadlines and delvier cargo on time.

**About you**:
To be successful in these roles, you will need:

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support or sales administrative roles
- Good keyboard and computer skills with the ability to pickup systems
- Customer oriented approach with excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers
- Able to multitask and work autonomously with minimum supervision
