**About the Role**:
Reporting to the ANL Group Cargo Flow Manager, the role will be responsible for optimizing the vessel filling factor, ensuring the line strategy is achieved, while also ensuring high quality of service and at minimum variable cost.

**The role and responsibilities will include**:
Own and implement a short
- and long-term action plan for over or underutilized commercial allocation and/or capacity

Proactively implement process improvements and keep abreast of changes in systems and service requirements

Provide reporting to line management on voyage utilizations

Optimize service in compliance with the line model vessel (capacity/commercial allocation and routing)

Collect data related to booking, agent forecast, partners, loading, load list and Bay plan from different tools

Ensure the loading coordination for allocated line services and the compliance within the planned routing

Provide backup for other regions as required

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Tertiary qualified in International Business/ Supply Chain Logistics

2-4 years shipping or Industry related experience

Knowledge of terminal / transport operations, World Shipping Ports, and Geography would be beneficial

Excellent computer skills with the ability to pickup new systems

Excellent commercial acumen with an understanding of yield management

Good understanding of the cost and revenue elements in shipping

Ability to negotiate / sell and influence ideas and booking strategies and directives through internal staff to external customers
