About the Role

I am looking for a patient and reliable support worker, who has had experience with children in the past. This position is with twin 10 year olds. The position will require you to get them ready for school and drive them to school located in Port Phillip form Sanctuary lakes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily personal care such as bathing, shaving and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance by lifting, transferring and hoisting clients
- Follow person-centred active support plans and behaviour support plans respectfully
- Help clients reach their goals through meaningful activities of their choice
- Track and document the changing needs of clients through thorough record-keeping
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families and your team
- Advocate for client choice and control in a way that is safe and compliant
- Provide Companionship

Skills & Experience
- A Victorian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
- Committed to work flexible work hours across the week, including public holidays
- Demonstrated ability to use basic technology and software on a mobile and desktop
- A current First Aid Certificate, which includes the course HLTAID003 or HLTAID011
- Experience working as a Disability Support Worker.
- RELIABLE

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
