They are in a position to bring on board a Compliance and Training Coordinator to join a growing team.

**About the Role**
The purpose of this role is to coordinate the organization’s transport operations compliance to all relevant regulatory requirements in the relevant State or Region and be aligned to the overarching strategy and business plans. This is achieved through fostering a flexible work team approach which focuses on efficiency, waste reduction, quality, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working in the heavy vehicle industry.
- Proven track record in overseeing and directing training, compliance, and safety functions within the transportation sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills when dealing with customers.
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Have provided driver training and/or education services to the transport industry with demonstrated working knowledge and competency.
