Who are you?

An individual who is motivated to drive the way that property related decisions can be made by improvements in data coverage, accuracy, breadth and depth.

A passion around the data economy, contemporary data and analytical techniques and solving large problems using data.

An excellent stakeholder manager that thrives on developing and nurturing relationships with the owners, publishers, creators and sources of property related data.

An ability to think strategically and differently on how to deliver on the CL vision to help people “build better lives” whilst creating mutual value in the dynamic property data economy.

What is the role?

To lead the data governance principles and strategy for the enterprise key CoreLogic property data assets.

Accountable for ensuring ongoing strategic data governances to drive the agenda on progressive property data related access, liberation and appropriate use.

Working with our internal and external publishers of all property related data to continuously improve our, understanding of available data assets, the enterprise quality expectations, regulatory requirements and the operating model to successfully provide valuable property data to our customers and products.

Job Qualifications:
What credentials do you need?
- Experience in enterprise data governance and contemporary methods to deliver a progressive method to document, manage and liberate data for permitted use case.
- Experience in data stewardship principles and stakeholder management to ensure an improved trajectory of consistency, accuracy, transparency and quality.
- Experience of raising awareness advocating value and executing strategies in the importance of data governance and stewardship within data driven enterprises.
- Experience in managing enterprise data dictionaries and other technology driven data description tools.
- Experience in driving effective change in the permissions of use of data and contemporary regulatory environments with.
- An understanding of legal context and advising on permitted usage
- Experience in implementing, monitoring and reporting on data quality issues
- Experience in collaboration with information security functions to appropriately control and audit data access

Success in this role is measured through the continued delivery of value to our customers and ability to demonstrate progress to the CL “build better lives” purpose
- This includes, continued availability and contribution to the richest property data asset in the region
- Continuous improvement in accuracy, breadth and depth of the CL property data asset
- Speed of access to new and unique property related data
- Strategic governance with internal publishers and partners
- An industry lobby to collaboratively improve the A/NZ digital property and data economy
