- **This diverse and highly visible senior leadership role reaches across the entire NAB Group working closely with senior stakeholders from all divisions.**:

- **Permanent role based out of Sydney or Melbourne.**

**In this role, you will**:

- Manage and continuously uplift a fit for purpose federated enterprise Data Risk Management framework.
- Collaborate with divisions and data stewards to uplift data risk literacy and embed data risk management capability and practices.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of central & divisional data risk management activities, including a Line 1 Assurance Framework & governance committee metrics.
- Management/secretariat for enterprise data risk governance committees and forums.
- Lead & manage a team of data risk professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, & development opportunities.

**What you’ll bring...**
- Significant proven experience in a senior data risk and information management role within a **financial institution**, specifically the ability to support an effective federated data risk management operating model.
- Extensive knowledge of data governance, data quality and data life-cycle management frameworks and best practices.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage & coach a team of data risk professionals.
- Exceptional communication skills & the ability to influence & collaborate effectively with stakeholders across organisational domains.
