An opportunity has become available for a professional and experienced
**Practice Manager** to join our client’s team in a 4-chair practice in a full time capacity. Your role is vital to the ongoing success of the practice, and you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the practice.

**About the practice**

Our highly experienced clinicians and support staff offer all facets of dental care to our patients. We are committed to staying at the forefront of patient-focused dental care, and we are constantly furthering the professional development of all staff members to ensure you love the results of your treatment at our practice.

**About the role**
The practice is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join their friendly and welcoming team on a full-time basis and will be an integral part of the practice. Your main responsibilities will include:

- You will be responsible for ensuring that the Practice is state of the art in terms of client’s services and back-end service systems.
- You will be located in Lara, a stone’s throw from beautiful Geelong CBD.
- You will report into the Director of the business and be an integral part of the leadership team.

**About you**
- Previous leadership experience of at least 2 years as a Practice Manager or similar role. Dental clinic management not required.
- Exceptional leadership skills, maintaining positive relationships and the ability to lead and communicate with your team in a positive and encouraging manner
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a commitment to make a difference for our patients and practice
- Proven abilities in administration, reception, and financial aspects of running a practice
- Ability to deliver a remarkable patient experience
- Strong organisational skills, time management, computer literacy and written and oral communication skills
- Flexibility to manage the ever-changing demands of a developing / growing practice.

This role would suit someone who is passionate about dentistry and willing to grow and develop with the practice.
