**About the role**:

- Provide Burbank with exclusive sales services and achieve set monthly sales target
- Generate and manage leads and the CRM system proactively
- Assist customers to find their perfect home design
- Network and build rapport with land developers, agents and alike
- Manage and upkeep your allocated display homes in a professional and responsible manner
- Manage the opening and closing of your allocated display homes in Box Hill

**About you**:

- Previous experience in fast-paced sales role. Construction knowledge isn’t necessary, but advantageous
- Passionate about customers and servicing them in a professional manner
- Be reliable and self-motivated
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- A current drivers licence will be an advantage as you may be required to travel between display centres, developer and networking events
- Uphold and demonstrate Burbank’s company values
