**About the Role**

The Operational Doctrine and Training (OD&T) team at CFA is responsible for developing and implementing programs, policies, and systems that enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce. We're currently seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Audit Project Officer to join our Quality and Evaluation team, which oversees CFA's Quality Management System for training. This team ensures compliance with Registered Training Organisation (RTO) standards and works to continuously improve the training experience for both staff and volunteers.

In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting a comprehensive review of the LMS setup, ensuring it aligns with our established policies and processes to maintain quality and consistency in training delivery. Your tasks will include supporting projects, maintaining documentation integrity, reviewing and updating LMS templates, and ensuring compliance with RTO standards and CFA policies. You'll manage data entry, testing, and audit preparations, while independently identifying system improvements and resolving issues. Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders are key to tracking project progress and ensuring the system meets best practice standards.

**About You**
- Relevant project and administration skills and experience, coupled with an ability to draft standard documents, correspondence and reports to a professional standard.
- Demonstrated ability to provide accurate data entry, processing, assessment, validation and archival administration of databases and systems (including electronic).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong and cooperative relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Strong computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Sharepoint).
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet tight work demand.
- An ability to manage and coordinate a range of office functions and projects.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
