The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to run better. This is through improving customer experiences and interactions, delivering simplified processes and services, integrated delivery planning and capability, and driving consistency of standards. The Enterprise Enablement team within EC&O is responsible for providing centres of excellence for enterprise-wide
functions including Vendor Management, Delivery, Line 1 Risk and Process Improvement.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Analyse current-state processes and frameworks to identify improvement opportunities, including articulation of measurable outcomes and assessment of impact.
- Prioritise and socialise planned improvement opportunities with the Enablement Planning Working Group, the Enablement Advisory Group, and relevant stakeholders in the Community.
- For all agreed improvements, complete detailed discovery of current state, design future state processes, conduct stakeholder engagement activities, gain all required approvals, and coordinate implementation including change management activities.
- Continuously contribute to measurement and monitoring of implemented changes for successful adoption and embedment, including gathering and addressing feedback from the delivery community.
- Complete timely reporting and status updates on progress of all assigned Enterprise Enablement Change work at appropriate forums.

**Your experience and qualifications**:
**Must have**:

- Tertiary and/or Post Graduate Qualifications in related areas
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement transformational change at an enterprise level including process, people, and technology changes
- Stakeholder management
- Leadership by influence
- Strong analytical skills and metrics/reporting experience
- Experience in regulated environments

**Nice to have**:

- Strong working experience in collaboration and productivity tools (e.g. Sharepoint, Confluence, Jira, etc)
- Professional experience with leadership/executive forums, including preparation, participation, coordination, and follow-up
