**About you**

**You will bring**:

- Experience and confidence in the end to end recruitment cycle.
- A positive attitude, a team approach and initiative.
- Strong relationship management skills with experience in partnering with Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and source the best talent.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to respond to queries professionally and efficiently.
- The ability to execute and refine the Hospital's Employer Brand Strategy, online presence and Employee Value Proposition.
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and e-Recruitment software.
- Experience updating careers pages, drafting and posting adverts, websites, social media posts.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field. (Not essential but highly valued).
