Reporting to the Used Vehicle Sales Manager this role is primarily responsible for guiding customers through the buying process providing the highest quality service to ensure customer satisfaction in delivering the best solution to meet their needs.

**In order to reach your monthly sales targets you will need to**:

- Be a genuine, friendly and authentic individual with a passion for customer service
- Present yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all departments
- Build relationships with customers and potential customers
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customer’s needs
- Know and understand the sales process, including the value of each step
- Coordinate all dealership activities that are associated with the sale and the delivery of all vehicles you sell

**Key Qualifications and Essential Criteria**:

- Prior automotive sales experience valued
- Passion for sales essential
- Have a valid manual WA Driver’s Licence
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets
- Must be motivated and driven
- Must have or be willing to obtain a vehicle sales license
- Ability to perform in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
