Balcatta, Australia Chemical Formulators Pty Ltd Full time

**About our Business and our Role**:
This is a permanent full time position with standard hours being Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.

**Day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Managing and motivating the Industrial sales team (currently 1 member but will hopefully grow in line with sales) to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Explore all sales opportunities and coordinate planned activities for gaining new, large markets.
- Ensuring that the budgeted revenue and GP for all Industrial territories is achieved.
- Ensuring the industrial sales team’s Monthly Reports, Prospect Tracking Tools, Recall Planners, Confidential Record Cards and Daily Sales Summaries are accurate and submitted on time.
- Submit ideas to Managing Director regarding Chemform’s industrial product range, literature and signage to increase and support sales.
- Preparing sales and expenditure budgets.
- Attend field days and trades shows as required.
- Proactively solve any problems that arise in a “hands on” manner ensuring the solutions are commercially sound and implemented effective.
- Visiting client sites as required (travel may be required).

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success working as sales representative/manager.
- Driver’s License - current ‘C’ manual driver’s license
- Current Police Clearance - this is required to access many of our client sites.
- ALL Government Mandated Covid Vaccinations - this is required to access many of our client sites.
- An understanding of current Occupational Health & Safety legislation and requirements.
- Strong Computer skills.
- Must be a self-starter and proactive in finding clients/consistent work.
- Must be able to maintain and promote social, ethical and organisational norms in all activities for Chemform.

**Desirable Knowledge/Experience**:

- Previous experience working in Sales in a Chemical manufacturing company.
- Previous experience working in Sales in Industrial Divisions.
