**About the opportunity**
Reporting to the People Manager and working with a collaborative team, this role partners with stakeholders dedicated to operating community programs for their clients. This role is responsible for advisory support and leading across the full HR Generalist gamut. This is a 14 month contract to start as soon as possible This is a great role that will give you the opportunity to build your stakeholder management skills in a complex workforce.
**About you**
You will be a generalist Senior HR Advisor with experience partnering closely with a dedicated client group, providing advisory support across employee relations matters such as misconduct and terminations, performance and grievances, and you will be able to demonstrate your expertise interpreting and advising on Modern Awards and Industrial Instruments. Rolling out HR projects and supporting recruitment process is also highly regarded
