Due to continued business growth, we have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Automotive Sales professional to step up and join our Used Car Department as an
**Assistant Used Vehicle Sales Manager** at
**Midland Nissan and Isuzu.**

To be successful, you will have excellent customer service skills, taking the time to relate to your customers to establish and maintain positive customer relationships, whilst continuing to grow our customer base. Your strong sales and leadership skills will enable us to provide our customers the most positive buying experience possible to ensure that they make the best decision matched to their needs.

**YOU**
- A strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and motivator of staff
- Able to lead by example and driving sales of the team and still maintaining individual targets
- Possess a Dynamic driven attitude with strong customer relationship building skills.
- Financially hungry with a desire and passion to excel at closing every deal.
- Self-motivated, driven to achieve strong sales results week in, week out.
- A proven deal closer with a never say die attitude.
- Highly personable, articulate with the ability to quickly establish trust, “Customers like you, trust you and want to buy from you”.
- Focused on continuously delivering results and exceeding Customer expectations.
- Computer literate with strong accuracy & attention to detail.
- **Previous Experience as a Senior Sales Consultant in Dealership Environment is Essential**
