Seeking an experienced Property Officer for a State Government team in Perth CBD

**Your new company**

A large State Government department in Perth CBD is seeking a Property Officer to join the Commercial and Leasing team. You will be engaged on an initial temporary basis through Hays, working full-time hours with some flexible arrangements on offer. Ideally you will be able to start immediately after a successful interview.

**Your new role**

As the Property Officer you will be responsible for:

- Providing assistant to the Commercial and Leasing team and management, overseeing general commercial, residential and vacant land leasing matters
- Liaise with managing agents on appropriate management for the property assets portfolio
- Organise and manage property inspections, ensuring they are conducted in line with department regulations

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be considered for this role you will display:

- Previous experience within a leasing and property management role
- Strong communication skills with confidence liaising with stakeholders on property matters
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Previous State Government experience would be beneficial
