**We now seek 2 x new Customer Relations Officers to join the team. Working in a contact centre environment, you will be part of an energetic and vibrant team that strives on providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our community.**

You are a driven and tenacious customer relations professional, with a background in inbound contact centre environments. This position will give you the opportunity to further grow and reinforce your skills within Customer Relations supported by a well established on the job development and coaching structure.

A typical day in the role will give you the opportunity to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications, proficiency with computers and customer relationship management software, resolving simple and complex customer queries and most importantly being part of the team that supports our thriving community.

- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume call centre.
- Recent experience in a similar role.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) for an inbound call centre.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Local government knowledge is highly desirable.
