**To succeed in this role you'll have**:

- Exceptional customer service and a knack for creating memorable experiences (tell us how you do this)
- Demonstrated experience in surprising and delighting customers
- A high standard of personal presentation and excellent communication skills
- A Health and Safety mindset, as we believe each team member plays an important role in keeping one another safe
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
- The ability and willingness to actively contribute to building a reliable and progressive team culture through the use of our _Daily Tools_

**Job specifics**:

- Provide members and visitors with an efficient, personalised and proactive style of customer service (anticipate the needs of our customers before they ask, and manage task priorities during peak times).
- Comply with the Club’s RSA and RCG house policy
- Stay in the know with promotions, weekly activities and special events, so that you can pass this information onto our members
- Troubleshoot and problem solve
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of your area
- Manage bookings for bowls and other events
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Capacity to work a full-time base roster (5 days per week, 38 hours) incorporating nights, weekends and public holidays
- Able to adapt to the needs of the business - a PROGRESSIVE approach to change

Skills required/ desired
- Excellent communication and cash handling skills
- RSA and RCG (must be willing to obtain this if you do not yet have one).
