**What this opportunity means for you**:
In this business-critical role, you will report to our CTO who is a strong supporter of personal and professional development for his team. You will lead and manage the delivery of Technology services to all the business stakeholders in your market, achieving the highest quality technical solutions for all staff. You will ensure the highest possible uptime of Nova’s Technology systems and manage a local team of Technology staff to provide 24/7/365 support to achieve this You will represent Technology on the cross functional Market Leadership Team to harmonise local market requirements with the Technology service offering.

**More specifically, here are some of the top-line responsibilities of this role**:

- Manage effective operation and service delivery for all Technology platforms in your market and OPEX and CAPEX
- Manage the local Technology Team to ensure the best possible Technology service delivery to all Nova staff (including the 24hr on call roster)
- Manage and delegate local tasks within your team in line with the Nova Technology Project Plan, and ensure all work tasks are managed and prioritised in Jira
- Liaise with the Technology Leadership group and ensure local alignment with Nova’s Business Support Team, Zetta Support Team, IT Security Team, and adherence to Nova Technology standards
- Liaise with other local department heads to advocate for the best business outcomes for Nova
- Manage the local routine maintenance plan for all local Technology systems and essential building infrastructure to ensure continuity of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and security systems

- Thorough knowledge of broadcast audio, broadcast transmission, and enterprise IT technologies
- Excellent team leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to build and grow an outcome focused Technology Team
- Ability to manage competing stakeholders and drive the best outcome for Nova
- Whole of business expertise and an ability to think “outside your role” to ensure Nova’s business goals are met
- Excellent Project Management skills ensuring on time delivery of individual improvement projects
