Technology Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Enterprise Technology Operations Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise technology services and uplift cyber security capability across a dynamic organisation.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Technology, you'll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of IT operations, infrastructure and cyber security. This includes:

  • Overseeing service desk, desktop support, system administration and IT infrastructure services
  • Managing cloud platforms, networks, storage, telecommunications and identity management
  • Driving service improvement, vendor management, risk governance and compliance
  • Translating strategic objectives into actionable operational plans
  • Leading, mentoring and developing high-performing technology teams

This is a key leadership role where you'll help shape maturing technology operations in a growing and complex environment.

About You

You're an adaptable, hands-on technology leader who thrives in enterprise environments. You bring:

  • 8+ years' leadership experience in IT operations and cyber security management
  • Strong technical expertise across Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365)
  • Proven success in delivering IT services, service desk operations, and infrastructure management
  • Experience implementing ITIL-aligned processes for incident, request, program and change management
  • Knowledge of cyber security frameworks, governance and incident response
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
