Bede Polding College, South Windsor is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Director of Learning and Curriculum position. It is a 3 point position on a permanent full-time basis, commencing Term 4, 2024 (or by negotiation). The successful applicant will be a member of the College Leadership Team.

**About the Opportunity**

The Director of Curriculum and Learning position will be required to undertake the following:

- to support the Principal in motivating both staff and students to aspire to the mission of the school and to achieve its aims and goals.
- to provide leadership in the area of curriculum development and quality teaching and learning opportunities in accordance with the Bede Polding College Mission Statement.
- to co-lead and develop the team of Leaders of Learning (LoL) and provide professional support for them.
- to support the Principal and ensure all NESA guidelines/compliance and processes are met.
- NESA data collection, organisation and entry (leading administration support to facilitate).
- liaise with the Director of Learning and Administration to develop and manage the College timetable.
- Other duties as assigned by the College Principal.
- Tertiary qualifications in Education
- NESA Accreditation
- Statements of Service
- Working with Children Check clearance (essential)
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Evidence of leading learning and change management
