Working collaboratively with the leadership team and teaching staff, the role ensures curriculum alignment, fosters consistency of practice, and supports the integration of evidence-based pedagogy to improve student outcomes.In addition to curriculum leadership, the role may also incorporate responsibilities in priority areas, such as Mathematics Focus Teacher, Literacy Instructional Coaching, Classroom teaching or Intervention Support work.
