**The Opportunity**
Are you ready to make your mark in the world of manufacturing? An exceptional opportunity awaits for a seasoned and pioneering Manufacturing Manager to join the dynamic team at our Marleston manufacturing site. As the Manufacturing Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team in delivering iconic products to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will revolve around managing site KPIs, with a sharp focus on operating costs, labour, quality, and planned production programs. Driving operational excellence, you'll spearhead sustainable and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our manufacturing processes remain at the forefront of excellence. **The Accountabilities**
- Lead the manufacturing teams while embracing methodologies to sustain behaviours and processes that support and encourage a healthy people safety culture
- Monitor and devise improvements when required to eliminate or minimise customer complaints & poor product quality
- Ensure daily production outputs are achieved and customer requirements met
- Analyse and improve OEE and other efficiency measures for all production processes; monitoring and reducing all material/product losses
- Effective supervision of all manufacturing and supporting personnel

**The Ingredients for Success**
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science or related discipline (desirable)
- Significant experience and a proven record in manufacturing, preferably FMCG
- People leadership and coaching expertise
- Well-developed management skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet deadlines whilst working in high pressure situations
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement practices
