Partner Tech Operations, Snr Manager

Paramount+, a direct-to-consumer digital subscription video on-demand and live streaming service from Paramount Global, combines live sports, breaking news, and a mountain of entertainment.

The premium streaming service features an expansive library of original series, hit shows and popular movies across every genre from world-renowned brands and production studios, including BET, CBS, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures and the Smithsonian Channel. The service is also the streaming home to unmatched sports programming, including every CBS Sports event, from golf to football to basketball and more, plus exclusive streaming rights for major sports properties, including some of the world’s biggest and most popular soccer leagues.

This is a maternity leave cover contract.

This role may suit you if you've held roles such as Digital Product Manager, Digital/Technical Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst, Digital Commercial Analyst, or something similar.

**Functions will include**:
Serve as main Australian POC for Global Product Teams, prioritising and communicating all regional business requirements, timelines, deliverables, specs, etc.
Coordinate with global publishing partners to ensure accurate publishing of builds, distribution, store listings, etc
Facilitate the production of high-level documentation around existing operational processes and proposed workflows within new systems or optimised existing systems
Participate in extensive cross-organisation collaboration (e.g. quarterly planning), playing a crucial role in identifying regional priorities and business cases
Develop distribution partnerships including subscriber enablement and billing integrations
Develop exceptional relationships and strong lines of communication across all businesses to allow for effective, ongoing collaboration
Manage 'BAU' tech operations issues and resolution, troubleshooting

5+ years of experience in product management/technical operations in a well established, high performing software development environment
solid experience in appropriately handling risks, high pressure projects and conflict resolution
deep understanding of app development and distribution
extensive experience in product management/technical operations within the media industry
track record of success in product launches
strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
ability to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery and business priorities
